Affiliate Tips: Control AdWords from Your iPhone
It’s here. You now have the ability to control AdWords from your iPhone. The app for Android was released in early 2015, so the iOS version was long overdue. Bing ads is already available for both operating systems.
Even though you can’t manually add keywords, or create a new campaign or text ad, there’s a lot you can do that will add value and convenience to your life.
Here are some of the highlights:

- Get full insight into your campaigns
- Update budgets and bids
- Get billing and ad status notifications

At last, you can review your campaigns easily even when you’re not near your computer.
The app is free and runs on iOS 7 or newer, and is a great way to check on things while you’re on the go. The last thing you want to do is run your account dry by forgetting something you previously clicked on.

Data that is available to you includes conversions, impressions, CTR (click through rate), CPC (cost per click), cost per acquisition and return on ad spend. You can also pause or enable campaigns, ads, ad groups and keywords, as well as change your keyword bids.
We’ll cover this in greater detail in other posts, but the beauty of bing ads is the price. Yes Google reaches more people, but the prices reflect that. Often for the beginning Affiliate, bing ads is an affordable way to test keywords, or for the savvy one, to make a splash with much less competition.
