Affiliate Tips: 13 Affiliate Marketing Blogs We Love

There are blogs that focus on providing resources that help you do your job better, while others focus on providing the news of our industries. The best of the bunch offer a combination of those along with a touch of entertainment. We love many, but these are some of our standouts.

  1. SearchEngineLand.com: They are one of, if not the, authority on search marketing, with nary an aspect of it left uncovered.
  1. MarketingLand.com: The sister of Search Engine Land, with a broader focus. They cover social, SEM, SEO, analytics, mobile, retail, and much more. They launched five years ago and quickly made this blog as informative as its sister site.
  1. HubSpot.com: It’s one of the very best blogs you’ll find in any industry. In fact, their blog is actually three separate blogs. marketing, sales and agency (from the advertising/marketing perspective). They have a ton of content; here’s a screenshot from a random Friday. It’s good stuff.

  1. MissyWard.com: Missy Ward is an affiliate marketer, an in-demand speaker, and Affiliate Summit’s co-producer. Missy Ward is a force in the affiliate marketing industry and her blog is always entertaining, filled with content that you won’t find anywhere else.
  1. SearchEngineJournal.com: This blog, like SearchEngineLand.com, is littered with tips and how-to’s to help you succeed in SEO. The difference between the two blogs is that SearchEngineLand.com is focused more on news, while SearchEngineJournal.com is more “do it better.” There’s plenty of room for both. They’re excellent.
  1. Moz.com: Moz has grown from a small SEO consulting company to one of the best known application providers in the industry. Their new keyword research tool “Keyword Explorer” is very useful. Their blog is full of great information, with special kudos to “Whiteboard Friday.”
  1. Dukeo.com: Steven has a different tone than some of the other blogs here; he’s aggressive and a hell of a blogger and affiliate marketer. The main focus of his blog is, again, guess what, blogging! There are lots of down n’ dirty tips for making money online.
  1. ZacJohnson.com: Zac consistently posts great content and what I like about them is that I know this guy knows what he’s talking about. It’s a site every affiliate marketer should bookmark and refer to.
  1. JohnChow.com: John is a highly respected and sought after expert in the field of online marketing. The blog he runs proves why. If you’re an Affiliate Marketer, bookmark this one too.
  1. Wordstream.com : It’s full of knowledge. I’ve often used it as a source of inspiration and research, and once you take it for a spin, you will see why.
  1. Google Blog – Google’s blog keeps you informed about all of the updates and changes they continuously make. It’s an important resource that you should have bookmarked.
  1. Kissmetrics Blog – The Kissmetrics blog is thorough and full of useful information. Their focus is on analytics, marketing and testing. It’s well worth regular visits.
  1. ZeroParallel.com – Guess what? We kind of like our own blog too. We’ve worked hard to build a blog with informative articles and a few entertaining ones, all with an effort to help make you a better affiliate marketer. We love your input, so let us know how we can get better.
